RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to love your Signature Cuffs, so if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us.

You may return or exchange your Signature Cuffs within 30 days of product delivery by contacting our Customer Care Department under “Contact Us” on the website. Returns should be packaged per the instructions provided below, prepaid, insured, and shipped using the shipping provider of your choice  to:

Customers who wish to return or exchange a product for reasons other than packaging errors or damaged product will be responsible for costs of return shipping.

Refunds for returned items will be made within ten business days with funds reimbursed using the original payment method. To be eligible for a full refund, we must receive the product within 30 days of the date of delivery, following all guidelines of our Return Policy. If you choose to exchange your Cuffs for a product that differs in value from the original purchase, the difference will be charged prior to delivery or will be refunded.

You may return unwanted items, in original condition, within 30 days from product receipt for credit or exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your return will be processed within ten business days of receipt.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

If the return is a result of our error or damaged product, Signature Cuffs will provide return postage and a full refund or gladly exchange your purchase for another product. We currently cannot support free returns or exchanges outside the continental US.

RETURNABLE ITEMS

All items eligible for return must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items section below to ensure the item(s) you purchased are eligible for return or exchange. If you are under the impression that you received something incorrect (style or color) or defective, please notify us within ten days of receipt by notifying Customer Care at “Contact Us” on the website. We want you to love your new cuffs, so please never hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns received after 30 days from the original delivery date. All items washed, worn, damaged or altered, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains, are considered non-returnable items. Signature Cuffs reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds and may update this Policy at any time without notice.
